1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Logohex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Logohex is a logo management and export platform that allows you to upload logos, generate color variations, organize logo boards, and export logos in multiple formats and sizes. The Service is currently in Beta Preview.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to logo files and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you represent that:

• You own or have the right to use the content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws

We do not claim any ownership over your User Content. We process your logos primarily in your browser and do not use your content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is malicious, harmful, or contains malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by Logohex and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Beta Preview

The Service is currently provided as a Beta Preview. This means features may change, and the Service may contain bugs or errors. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logohex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
